We have recently completely renovated this lovely 4 bedroom Farmhouse (next door to the barn), some of which dates back to 17th Century.

The luxury 4 bedroom farmhouse sleeps up to 9 guests and includes a hot tub, a wood burner and all the home comforts.  Set within 6 acres of natural countryside, Clawdd Offa Farmhouse offers spacious and comfortable family friendly accommodation in the heart of North Wales.  An ideal location for walking, exploring the North Wales coast and mountains or the beautiful historic city of Chester.

The Farmhouse has 4 bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, there is a further family bathroom and a downstairs loo.

The house has been fully rewired, with a new oil heating system with solar powered hot water.  It has been fully insulated and re plastered.

Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen, diner and sitting room with a wood burner and a 39" smart TV with DVD.  The kitchen has a new washer dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and integrated fridge freezer.

Double doors open into a sunny conservatory from which is access onto a decked area with a hot tub and the lovely south-facing lawned garden.

Bedrooms as follows:

• Bedroom 1 (downstairs): a double bed with a wet room and wheelchair access.  With a TV.
• Bedroom 2: A king size bed with an en-suite shower.  With a smart TV.
• Bedroom 3: Children's room with a triple sleeper bunk (double on bottom and single on top).
• Bedroom 4: A large twin bedroom.  With a smart TV.

We include free fibre optic Wi-fi and a basket of logs.

All bedding and towels supplied.

NB: Lake in grounds, 200 yards away.

Pen-y-ffordd village is just 1/2 mile away which has a butcher, a small supermarket and 2 pubs.  A bit further afield is Broughton Retail Park with a large supermarket, cinema and shops.  Beautiful Chester is just 10 miles away.
